Monroe Gwyneth Johnson, 10 month old baby of Jessica Drummond and Cole Johnson, passed away with her parents, sisters, and brother by her side on Saturday, September 17, 2016.
Monroe died at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis after her battle with liver cancer. She was born in Newburgh, IN on November 7, 2015.
Monroe is survived by: her mother- Jessica Drummond of Lawrenceville: her father- Cole Johnson of Allendale: her sisters- Madison and Mallory Lockhart: and her brother- Camden Johnson: paternal grandfather- Jeff Johnson of St. Francisville: maternal grandfather- Jim Hance of Valparaiso, IN: maternal grandmother- Jeanne Agans of Vincennes, IN: maternal great-grandmother- Linda Kasel of Vincennes, IN: paternal great-grandfather- Robert Moudy of Allendale: and paternal great-great-grandmother- Mary West of Allendale.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Vick Sue Johnson.
There will be a celebration of life and balloon release for Monroe held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Cunningham-Young Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. The family will be receiving family and friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until service time at 5:00 p.m.
