Ellen Marie Risley, 95, of Bruceville, passed away June 1, 2016 at Gentle Care Nursing Home in Vincennes.
She was born May 22, 1921, to Stanley and Emma (Wampler) Coleman of Bruceville. On July 6, 1941, she married Ralph Risley. They celebrated 50 years of marriage before his death in 1992. They had one son, Kenneth Risley, who preceded her in death in 2005, and one daughter, Marlene (Wes) Barnett of Nashville, IN.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, daughter-in-law, Sandra Risley of Bruceville; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Jane Williams.
Preceding her in death were her husband; parents; son; two sisters; and a great grandson.
