Josh Thompson comes to Vincennes from Oakland City.
Josh Thompson was introduced this morning as the New Boys Basketball Coach at Vincennes Lincoln High School. Thompson comes to Vincennes from Wood Memorial where he coached for the last four seasons compiling a 53-and-51 record including two sectional championships in last two seasons. A Bloomfield native, Thompson says he has coaching ties to the Vincennes program.
Thompson played collegiately at Hanover College and received his degree in Education from Indiana University. He replaces Jeff Hein who stepped down at the end of the current season. The Vincennes School Board approved a three-year contract for Thompson.
