Suspect faces resisting charges….
-A Vincennes man was jailed last night at 11:25 on several charges. 32-year-old Mark D. Blackburn II was arrested in the 1400 block of Main for a Level 6 Felony count of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended, having a false registration and on a Knox County warrant for contempt. Vincennes Police were assisted in the arrest by Indiana State Police.
