Local man charged with sexual misconduct
-A Vincennes man is in jail for sexual misconduct with a minor. The Knox County Jail report shows that 29-year-old Joshua K. Smith was booked into the jail Sunday on the charge. Bond was set at $10,000
-At 12:01-am today, 19-year-old Ca’-Derro T. Branch, of Indianapolis was arrested on a Knox County warrant. Branch was picked up in the 500 block of North 3rd for the court order violation.
-At just before midnight last night, Vincennes police report they arrested a man on a Knox County warrant for arson. 33-year-old Dustin Lee Taylor of Evansville was located at 6th and Church Streets.
-Sunday morning at 6:14, Vincennes police say they encountered an intoxicated man at 19 South 21st Street. Benjamin W. Pippin was arrested for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. He was initially taken to the hospital for evaluation and later released and taken to jail.
-A Bicknell man was arrested by Bicknell police yesterday for operating a vehicle with an alcohol content of .15 or more. Bond for 44-year-old Donnie Ray Robinson was set at $4000.
55-year-old Michael Wade Diggs of Lawrenceville was arrested by Knox County authorities Sunday for theft and driving while suspended. Bond was set at $4000.
-Shawnette Marie Gambill, 35 of Bruceville was booked into the Knox County Jail on Sunday on an out of county warrant.
