-Vincennes police investigated an incident involving drugs at 15th and Broadway at 4:17 this morning.  Arrested at the scene was 25-year-old Courtney Eakins charged with possession of meth, marijauana and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.  She was also charged on an outstanding warrant for possession of meth.  Also taken into custody was 21-year-old Seth Reed Chanley charged with visiting a common nuisance and false informing.  He was also jailed on warrants as he was wanted for battery, battery with serious injury and battery with a deadly weapon. Both were taken to the Knox County Jail.

-Officers served an arrest warrant in the 600 block of Truman Square at 1:15 this morning.  46-year-old Kevin Joseph Neighbors was wanted on an Indiana Department of Corrections warrant.

-Vincennes police were conducting a welfare check at 2614 Main at 9:30 last night when they arrested 35-year-old Todd Jones of Vincennes.  He was charged with disorderly conduct.

-Vincennes police arrested a man on a Lawrence County, Illinois warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge.  Anthony M. Medeiros was arrested at 7:30 last night at 6th and St. Clair in Vincennes.

-At 4pm on Sunday Vincennes police investigated a theft report at the Hart Street McDonald’s. 19-year-old Avery L. Johnson was charged with a misdemeanor count of theft.

A Vincennes man was arrested Saturday charged with a sex offender residency violation. Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 35-year-old Jimmy Dean Ervin, Junior. He is being held without bond at the Knox County Jail.

39-year-old Donald Rickard was arrested Saturday by Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies. He is charged with two counts of possession of paraphernalia, false informing and resisting law enforcement. Rickard is being held in the Knox County Jail on 8-thousand dollars bond.
