Beating his baby girl’s head against the Pack ‘N Play so hard that she got a fractured skull is the charge against Stephen Elsey of Evansville. WFIE reports he and his girlfriend, the baby’s mom, Ariel Tramill, took the baby to the ER with bruises and doctors found the fractured skull. Elsey said he didn’t know how it happened, but eventually admitted he did it because the two-month-old wouldn’t stop crying. All of the kids are now in protective custody and Elsey’s in jail. No bail.
