Paul Francis Kelly, 79, Vincennes, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Paul was born February 10, 1936, in Vincennes, the son of Ralph and Ruby (Hinson) Kelly. He married Karen (Otten) Kelly , and she preceded him in death. He retired as a welder and was currently mowing cemeteries in the area. He was a member of Royal Oak Church. Paul served in the United States Navy.
Paul is survived by his daughters, Debbie Martire of South Carolina and Misty Seal of Cannelburg, IN; sons, Brandon Kelly of Vincennes and Jason Kelly of Clarksville, TN; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Judy Lucas of Bicknell, Sherry Otten of Bicknell, Margie Young of Alabama, Pat Blessinger of Vincennes, and Brenda Pruitt of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Karen, on February 19, 2004; five brothers; and one sister.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 12 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bruceville Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 10:00 AM also at the funeral home with Pastor Alan Finnan officiating. He will be laid to rest at Royal Oak Cemetery.
