Jerry Wayne Higgins, 63, Oaktown, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016 at his residence. Jerry was born March 31, 1952, in Knox county, the son of Bernard and Neoma (Wilson) Higgins. He was a truck driver for Wilkens Trucking. He served in the United States Navy.
Jerry is survived by a niece, Brandy Roach of Lawrenceville; and a nephew Brent Clark of Ellenton, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cheryl McFarland.
