Vincennes police made a drug arrest at 11:33 last night in the 200 block of Shelby. 25-year-old Rashad Okinn Wilson of Gary, Indiana was charged in the investigation. He was taken to the Knox County Jail for possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia.
