Vincennes City Police are needing the public’s help in the location of two suspects wanted for questioning in a Burglary. On Sunday, October 25th in the afternoon, a residence on Hendron Hills was burglarized. The suspects David W. Skipper, Jr and his wife Betty LeeAnn Skipper were found inside the residence by the home owner. The suspects took a large amount of jewelry. The two fled the scene in a 2005 Blue Dodge Durango with IL plates Y809317.
