Hope’s Voice is seeking an end to domestic violence in Knox County. Yesterday, Officials held an open house at their Vincennes Office at 105 Broadway Street. Director Jan Dotson says the purpose of the open house is to build community awareness of the services they have to offer.

Dotson says they also have a 24 hour hotline for persons needing assistance. The number is 821-899-Hope. Dotson says they are also actively seeking volunteers to assist them with their mission. She says they currently serve 20-to-22 clients a month.

Although they do not provide shelter for victims of domestic violence they can help clients find temporary shelter through the agencies they partner with.

Dotson says they also plan to offer therapy services to clients in the near future.
