Good Samaritan Hospital has surplus inventory they are attempting to get rid of.

Hospital President and CEO Rob McLin says the Columbian Tower East & West wings are currently being remodled. He says a lot of the furniture and other items used in the intermediate and critical care units will be made available for sale once a fair market value has been established for the excess inventory.

The Good Samaritan Hospital Board of Governors last night amended their donation policy allowing the hospital to sell off the surplus items.

McLin says the items will be offered to hospital employees and the general public.

He says anything that’s left over will be donated to other charitable organizations.
