Quentin Levi Douglass Campbell

Quentin Levi Douglass Campbell, age 20, of Bridgeport, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015, in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He was born May 24, 1995, the son of James Campbell, II and Shannon (Schultz) Daugherty.

Quentin worked as a logger for Sawyer Tree Service out of Robinson, Illinois. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers.

Quentin is survived by his father James Campbell, II and step-mother Amber Hall of Bridgeport; his mother, Shannon Daugherty; his fiancée Tori VanVleet of Bridgeport; a son, Waylon Campbell of Bridgeport; paternal grandparents, James and Brenda Campbell of Bridgeport; maternal grandparents, Judy Davis and Randy Schultz; paternal great-grandmother, Raydell Farrar of Lawrenceville; maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Rae Murphy of Bridgeport; three brothers, Noah Daugherty, Jacob Campbell, and Tyler Campbell all of Bridgeport; two sisters Olivia Daugherty and Abby Hall both of Bridgeport; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Adam Vaira and Stephanie VanVleet of Allendale; brother-in-law, Mark VanVleet, II of Allendale; aunts and uncles Jeannie and Ryan Clausman of Bridgeport and Lee and Erin Campbell of Vincennes, IN, as well as several cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Bridgeport City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Waylon Campbell College Trust Fund.
