The Vincennes University Foundation has announced that Kathryn Seago of South Bend, a 2014 John Adams High School graduate, is the recipient of the 2015 Lisa McCracken Memorial Fund Scholarship at Vincennes University. Seago is a full-time VU student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education Mild Intervention. She was recommended for the scholarship based on references indicating her outstanding work ethic and goal of becoming a teacher. The scholarship can be used toward college tuition, fees, and books for higher education studies.
