Charlotte Louise McCarthy, 93, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at Liberty Village in Pittsfield, IL.
Charlotte was born November 10, 1921 to Alfred T and Anna Gladys (Schmidt) Nardine of Vincennes. She graduated St Rose Academy and was a member of the Old Cathedral parrish.
In January 1941, Charlotte married James B McCarthy in Gary, IN. They had four children.

She is survived by daughters Marianne Adams (Ross), Pleasant Hill, IL, Cheryl Sue of Colorado and son James of Texas, eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchld.
Also surviving are sisters Mary Gladys Wheeler and Julia Richardville of Vincennes and brother Alfred Nardine also of Vincennes. Several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, stepmother (Lattie Nardine), husband, and son John McCarthy.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, June 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the Old Cathedral Church. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the church. Burial will be in Mt Calvary Cemetery in Vincennes.
