Glenn Virginia Schultz, 93, of Oaktown, IN, passed away June 9, 2015, at Gentle Care Nursing Home.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Emison United Methodist Church. Glenn served as pianist and organist at the church for 62 years. She was also active in various groups in the church, including the WSCS.
Born Nov. 29, 1921, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Ira and Cora (Crawford) Ready. Her parents, and a sister, Irene, preceded her.
Surviving is her husband, Marlen “Bud” Schultz; sons, Larry Schultz and his wife, Kaye, of Bicknell, IN, David Schultz and his wife, Carolyn, of Indianapolis, IN, and Bruce Schultz and his partner, Jared Bruce, of Tulsa, OK; five grandchildren; and eleven great – grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 – 8:00 on Thursday, at Goodwin Funeral Home. The funeral will be held on Friday, at10:30, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Bruceville Cemetery, in Bruceville, IN.
