- This year National Volunteer Week is being celebrated at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital from April 7th to April 13th.
- The Lawrence County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary was established in 2004 to greet and assist clients as they enter the hospital for services. The Auxiliary also raises funds for various equipment purchases and building projects.
- Since its inception the Auxiliary has contributed over $58,000 to the hospital.
