BI-STATE AUTHORITY MEETS

The Bi-State Authority is moving forward with the process of constructing a new 150 foot by 60 foot ultralight hanger building in the future. Airport manager Kurt Schwartz says that approval has been given to advertise for bids for two weeks for the project in hopes of approving a bid in mid-July for the work and having it completed by the end of the year. Also the authority approved reciept of a $30,000 airport payroll grant and welcomed John Supinie as a new Bi-State member. He was named by Lawrenceville Mayor Don Wagner to replace Charles Gillespie as the city representative on the authority.
