Good news from Knox County Indiana. Authorities there now say a Silver Alert issued Monday for a missing 90 year old woman has been cancelled. The Knox County Sheriffs Department had issued the alert after Helen Watson was reported missing around 10:30 a.m. However she was located safe and unharmed around 2 p.m. and the alert was called off.
