The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to take it’s toll on local planned events. The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce has announced the popular Uncorked Festival scheduled at Red Hills State Park has been cancelled for 2020. The organization had sponsored the festival since 2016. The Lawrence County Camp Girls have announced that their traditional annual trip to McCormicks Creek State Park near Spencer Indiana also has been cancelled. This year would have been the 86th annual affair for the local girls.
