Vincennes Police arrested 2 city residents. Taken into custody Wednesday was 42 year old Jonas Letts who was charged with Domestic Battery and Strangulation after an incident at 2nd and Chicago Streets. He was being held without bond in the Knox County Indiana Jail. 23 year old Jessica Brown was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Illegal Possession of Marijuana on Thompson Drive. She was taken to the Knox County Jail and was being held on $4000 bond.
