Friday began another stage in Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s “Back on Track Indiana” reopening plan. Indiana churches can resume in-person services but with social distancing guidelines. Another phase will begin on Monday when restaurants and bars that serve food can reopen at 50% capacity and bar seating must remain closed and hair salons, tatoo parlors and other personal services can reopen by appointment only and with social distancing. There have been no new positive cases of COVID-19 in Knox County and the count remains at 20.
