The Illinois Department of Public Health reports 2,253 new cases of coronavirus across the state Wednesday with 92 additional deaths. Two of those deaths were in Jasper County-a male in his 90s and a female in her 80s. There have now been a total of 50,355 cases since the pandemic began with 2,215 deaths in 96 counties. Lawrence County continues to hold at 3 confirmed cases of the disease, Crawford County 10, Richland County 3 and Wabash County with 2.
