Lincoln Trail College at Robinson has a new head softball coach. Associate head coach Erica Arnold has been promoted to head coach of the Lady Stateswomen effective immediately. The move follows the retirement of Gary Rodgers from coaching. Rodgers had been the head coach of the Lady Stateswomen program sine 2015 and had coached softball at various levels for over 45 years. He will become the Director of Athletic Grounds at Lincoln Trail. Arnold came to LTC in the summer of 2019 as assistant after a highly successful head coaching stint at North Central High School in Indiana.
