The Lawrence Public Library Board met Tuesday evening at the library in downtown Lawrenceville and voted 4-1 to close effective immediately after hearing from local health officials regarding the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. The situation will be reviewed by the board again next month. The Board also sent to it’s finance committee the proposed lighting and ceiling project after hearing from Tim Raibley of the firm ADG of Mt Carmel.  The committee will look at various financing options for the project and make a recommendation to the full board at it’s next meeting in April.
