2nd Judicial Court Chief Judge Thomas Tedeschi has issued an administrative order to have some court matters postponed and rescheduled to avoid crowds in district courtrooms. Civil matters including jury trials, traffic violations, ordinance violations, misdeameanor cases, probate cases, family cases, some juvenile cases, marriages, criminal and traffic reviews and tax cases will all be rescheduled to later dates. Taking place as scheduled in courtrooms will be all matters with individuals in custody, criminal felony cases, juvenile temporary custody hearings, juvenile detention hearings, petitions for orders of protection and emergency hearings in family matters.
