Lawrence County Memorial Hospital has announced that Raley Ochs has been hired as the new Director of Human Resources. She replaces Kim Alldredge who retire this month. Ochs resides in Jasper County and was a graduate of Noble (West Richland) High School in 2005 and earned a Batchelor Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus Ohio. For the past 10 years she has been the Human Resources Director for AGCO Grain and Protein working out of the Newton office until 2011 when she transferred to Flora.
