Area state represenatives have announced that they will host a Taxpayer Rally Sunday in Effingham. It is scheduled from 2 until 4 p.m. at the Effingham Performance Center. The topics will be seeking reform to current fiscal policies in Illinois and the proposed progressive income tax. Among those sponsoring the rally are 109th District Republican State Represenative Darren Bailey and 110th District Republican State Representative Chris Miller. The public is invited.
