The Lawrenceville Indian basketball season ended Monday night when they lost in an opening round game of the Class 2A Flora Regional to the Shelbyville Rams 53-44. The Indians fell behind early and never really seriously threatened in the game as they missed numerous layups, jump shots, and free throws in another struggling offensive night. Senior Blayne Winningham playing his last Indian game led the scoring with 22 points and 11 rebounds while another senior Noah Weger added 11 points. The game was the last for Randy Bishop as Indian head coach. The Indians finished the season at 15-14.
