The Red Hill Unit 10 Board of Education has approved a 5 year contract with the company Apptegy for a new technology program which will improve and enhance the communicating of information and events via the district website and app to administration, staff, students, and parents. The new system is expected to be implemented next school year. The junior high promotion date was set for Thursday May 14th at 6 p.m. and the high school graduation date set for Saturday May 16th at 2 p.m. Also approved by the board were bids for two gas-powered 2021 Bluebird school buses for the district for around $179,000 from Central States.
