Two people were sentenced to prison terms this week in Lawrence County Circuit Court. States Attorney Michael Strange announced that 37 year old Ryan Bearden of Lawrenceville was sentenced on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Illinois Felony. He recieved 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections along with 1 year of mandatory supervised release. 50 year old April Bass (Hooten) of Vincennes pled guilty to Criminal Trespass to a Residence, a Class 4 Illinois Felony. She was given 3 years in the DOC along with 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release. Both Bearden and Bass are required to pay all mandatory assessments.
