The Vincennes City Council has approved two citizen appointments to the Urban Enterprise Zone Board with Don Osborne and Shane Limmler named to the positions. Also approved were various committee assignments and chairmanships and $750 for a tourism grant application for work on the Red Skelton Art Banner in the city.
