Lawrenceville Police investigated a two vehicle accident Monday morning. The mishap occured just before 8 a.m. at the James Street and 22nd Street intersection. A 2015 Nissan Utility being driven by Michael Davis of Lawrenceville collided with a 2006 Chrysler being driven by Nickie Wilkerson of rural Lawrenceville at that location. Neither driver was hurt and both vehicles sustained damages in the collision-in fact the Wilkerson vehicle had enough left rear side damage that it was towed from the accident scene. Reports indicate there were no tickets issued.
