The Lawrenceville Basketball Indians snapped a two game losing streak Tuesday night by beating the Robinson Maroons 52-47 at LHS. The Tirbe trailed 10-8 after one quarter but rallied to lead 21-20 at the half. They extended the lead to 37-30 after three quarters and made enough plays down the stretch to pick the victory despite committing 19 turnovers. Noah Weger had 14 points and Skyler Tewell scored 13 off the bench in the win. The Indian JV also were winners 64-63 with Ethan Kelly leading the way with 28 points and Leyton Ivers and Hunter Scott each added 13. With the win the Indians are 10-8 and 3-1 in conference play and will play a rescheduled game at Newton against the Eagles Wednesday night. Catch the game on Lite 103 around 7:30 p.m.
