Lawrenceville Police Thursday arrested a wanted local woman. 32 year old Frances Harrington of Lawrenceville was picked up for Failure to Appear in Court in Knox County Indiana. She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held without bond. Vincennes Police report the arrest of two men Friday after being questioned about an incident involving a weapon. Both 18 year old James Chamness and 19 year old Seth Lagneau were charged with Criminal Recklessness Involving a Deadly Weapon. No other details regarding the incident were released. Both were being held in the Knox County Indiana Jail on $10,000 bond each.
