Reports out of Knox County Indiana indicate that two Vincennes men were indicted by a federal grand jury for providing false information and making false statements in order to obtain a firearm. 19 year old Dakota Lovellette and 22 Nicholas Apple lied on federal application forms in order to purchase a firearm and used a third party to purchase a firearm at a Vincennes Rural King in February of 2019. Lovellette was too young to make the purchase and Apple could not make the buy because he is a convicted felon.
