The Vincennes Parks and Recreation Department is to unveil the final draft of the new 5 year Master Plan at it’s second and final input session next week. That session is scheduled for Wednesday the 15th at 6 p.m. Eastern Time at the Vincennes City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
