Unemployment figures for November in southeastern Illinois were released this past weekend by the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Jobless numbers were up in Lawrence County from October at 4.3% up to 4.5% in November. But surrounding counties all saw their rates drop. Wabash County from 3.4% to 3.0%, Richland County from 3.7% to 3.4%, and Crawford County from 3.9% to 3.5%
