Andrea L. Harper, age 44, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at her residence. She was born on October 16, 1975 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Michael Thacker and Susan (Kirkwood) Garrett. She married Robert M. Harper on October 16, 2014 and he survives.
Andrea was a housekeeper at Aperion Care in Bridgeport. She enjoyed music, concerts, jewelry, makeup, dogs, and cats. She was a loving mother and wife.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; mother, Susan Garrett and husband, Daniel, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; father, Michael; one daughter, Cindel McClaskey of Lawrenceville, Illinois; grandmother, Pauline Kirkwood of Lawrenceville, Illinois; three step-brothers, Greg Garrett and wife, Rachel, Jordan Garrett and wife, Alicia, and Josh Garrett and fiancé, Maureen; one step-sister, Kelly Buckman and husband, Luke; and in-laws, Homer and Dorothy Harper all of Kentucky.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois.
