An eight year old boy has died after being struck by a vehicle in Knox County. The fatal mishap occured near the intersection of Indiana State Road 67 and Alexander Street in the city of Bicknell. The Knox County Sheriffs Department indicates that Micah Chambers was crossing the street from the McDonalds to the Bicknell Roller Rink when he was hit by the vehicle. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes and died of his injuries there. The accident remains under investigation.
