Vincennes has a new Police Chief. Mayor Joe Yochum at the City Council meeting Tuesday at City Hall announced that he has appointed Robert Dunham to the position. He replaces Dusty Luking who recently resigned and retired from the department. Dunham was previously police chief for 8 years. He most recently was Police Chief for Vincennes University and has over 35 years of Law enforcement experience. He will begin his new duties on Wednesday November 27th.
