A threat at Oblong High School Thursday has led to a student being taken into custody. District Superintendent Jeff Patchett reports that the school administration was notified of an alledged verbal threat made at the school. They immediately called in the Oblong Police Department and other law enforcement to investigate. The investigation led to the identification of the student who made the alledged threat. That student was taken into custody and was taken to the Crawford County Jail. Any charges to be filed against the juvenile have not been released.
