The Illinois State Police and the Lawrence County Sheriffs Department are on the lookout for a missing Lawrence County man. A Silver Alert has been issued for 70 year old Stanley Shoulders of rural Sumner. He was last seen at his residence late Sunday night and is believed to have left on Monday morning. Shoulders has a condition that could place him in danger. He is described as a white male about 6 feet 1 inches tall weighing about 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. he is thought to be traveling in a red GMC four door pickup truck with Illinois license plate 217 18T. Anyone who has any information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the Lawrence County Sheriffs Department at (618) 945-3322 or the nearest law enforcement authority.
