Vincennes City Engineer John Sprague has announced that beginning on Monday the 4th E and B Paving will begin milling and paving operations at various locations throughout the city. Parking restrictions will be posted on the streets affected with signs also on display. Motorists are advised to avoid those areas. Also beginning Monday the 4th pavement marking work will start down Main Street from 22nd to Jamestown Square. That road will be closed to through traffic beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time and lasting until the work is completed.
