The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department took three people into custody on out of county arrest warrants. 31 year old Troy Collins of Davenport Iowa was wanted on an Effingham County warrant and was being held on $25,000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail. 32 year old Shadeena Fettinger of Oakland City Indiana was wanted in Richland County. She was released after posting $1500 bond. 48 year old Derrick Howell of Boston Mass was wanted on a Mass state warrant and was being held without bond. The Sheriffs Department also arrested a homeless woman identified as 49 year old April Bass for Criminal Trespass to a Residence and were holding her on $25,000 bond in the jail. They also arrested 38 year old Brent Wiseman of Palestine for Probation Violation and he was being held on $30,000 bond. Lawrenceville Police arrested both 37 year old Ryan Bearden of Lawrenceville and 23 year old Denver Wilken of Sumner for Failure to Appear for Review. Bearden was also charged with Possession of Meth and was being held on $3500 bond. Wilken was also found to be wanted on a Failure To Appear warrant out of Crawford County and was being held on $6500 in the jail.
