The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday and after a public hearing approved on second and third readings the 2020 Salary Ordinance. It covers all city salaries from the mayor on down. It does include a 4% raise for full-time and part-time employees effective January 1st. Also during the session, 18 students and 3 teachers were recognized from the citys sister city of Vincennes France. All were presented with certificates of honorary citizenship.
