The Vincennes City Council has approved on 2nd and 3rd reading its 2020 budget. The action was taken during their regular session Tuesday night at City Hall. The approximately $15 million dollar spending plan now heads to the Indiana Department of Local Government and Finance for its approval. The council also approved on 1st reading the 2020 salary ordinance. It will now have a public hearing prior to the next regular council meeting.
