The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Monday arrested an out of state woman. 48 year old Paula Pate of Jasper Alabama was charged with Aggravated Battery. She was being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. Sumner Police made two arrests. 19 year old Evan Tolliver of Sumner was charged with Domestic Battery and was being held pending bond in the jail and 29 year old Chris McNew also of Sumner was being held on a Lawrence County warrant on $3000 bond. Lawrenceville Police Monday arrested 32 Daryl Anderson of Vincennes for DUI (Alcohol). He was released after posting $3000 bond.
