IMPAIRED DRIVER HITS CARS AND CHURCH

Indiana State Police report that an impaired driver was arrested early Saturday in Vincennes after hitting several parked vehicles and a church building. Just after 3 a.m. Eastern Time 21 year old Joesph Bauer of Vincennes was driving a 2000 Dodge pickup east on 10th Street. He veered off the street and collided with several parked cars. His truck then struck a church on Wabash Avenue. Bauer was found to have a blood alcohol content of .22% well above the Indiana legal limit. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Class A Indiana Misdeameanor and taken to the Knox County Jail
